Manager

We seek to hire an exceptional Manager to maintain quality and service standards. The ideal candidate will help supervise and maintain restaurant cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining quality and service standards
• Supervising and maintaining restaurant cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards
• Reports suspicious persons or actions to superiors
• Responding to customer feedback and resolving conflicts effectively
• Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients t
• Ensure that all staff make use of their checklist.
• Ensuring all staff follow strict personal safety, food safety, and food storage guidelines
• Interacting with customers to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service
• Creating innovative promotions and designing a marketing strategy
• Reducing operational costs and increasing productivity
Communicate positively with colleagues and superiors to ensure effective teamwork and high morale

Requirements:

• Previous managerial experience is a must
• Must have Hotel Front Desk experience
• Technical school or formal technical skills training
• Must be available to work weekends and some evenings
• Innovative and solution-driven
• Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and drive sales.
• Motivate and guide the restaurant team to achieve goals and ensure positive morale.
