Job Description & Person Specifications

Position: Marketing & Customer Relations Officer (MCRO)

Direct Report: Territory

Business Manager.

Job Location: Must be Resident in Ibadan (close to challenge Road preferably)

Role Summary

Customer Relations Management and Marketing functions at Territory level.

A. Key Accountabilities:

(1) Customer Relations Management

Functions:

1. Manage CRM functions.

2. Supervise the collection, collation and analysis of Prospects and Customers data for informed marketing decision making.

3. Sustain and improve on Brand reputation at Territory level.

(ii). Marketing Management Functions:

1. Responsible for actualization of set Territorys Marketing and sales Goals/ Objectives.

2. Manage the lead generation and conversion process to achieve S/N1 above.

B. Core Competencies & Skills

1. Must be ICT and Social Media Savvy.

2. Must possess Marketing/Sales Analytical Skills.

3. At least intermediate skills in MSWord and Excel.

4. Good written and verbal communication.

5. Excellent work ethics and Integrity.

6. Creativity and problem-solving Skills.

C. Experience and Qualifications

1. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any Social Sciences field with at least 2/2 from an approved Tertiary Institution.

2. A minimum of 1 year proven experience in Marketing and Customer Relations in a corporate environment or at a Marketing/ Advertising Agency.

3. Generic understanding of the Nigerian

ICT Education Sector.

D. Remuneration- Attractive with Performance Bonus opportunity.

F. Projected Resumption Date- Not later than March 2025
