Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Mid-Level Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies that align with business goals, boost brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to implement marketing strategies.
  • Track performance metrics (ROI, KPIs) and generate regular marketing reports.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights, market feedback, and A/B testing.
  • Manage social media channels and content calendar to ensure brand consistency.
  • Coordinate email marketing, paid advertising, influencer outreach, and SEO efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging tools/technologies.
  • Assist with product launches, branding, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing, advertising, or brand strategy.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, etc.).
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Graphic design basics (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an added advantage.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
