Partnerships Engagement

  • Gap Analysis and Partner Prioritization: Identify gaps in existing partnerships and prioritize which old and prospective new partners to engage with based on the companys strategic goals and needs.
  • Partnership Sourcing: Actively seek out potential partnership opportunities by following up on inbound leads and proactively reaching out to new prospects through various means, including cold calls, emails, and client visits.
  • Deal Negotiation and Finalization: Negotiate partnership agreements with potential partners, ensuring they align with the companys contract guidelines and policies. Finalize the terms of the partnership agreements.
  • Stewardship and Retention: Take responsibility for maintaining and nurturing relationships with current partners, ensuring their satisfaction and retention over time.
  • Executive Presentations and Proposals: Create customized presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs and interests of senior management at prospective and existing corporate partners.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Monitor and assess the outcomes of various projects and initiatives undertaken in collaboration with partners, such as co-created content, lead sharing, or event partnerships. Report on the results achieved.
  • Relationship Building: Continuously work on building strong and ongoing relationships with current partners, exploring new avenues for expanding the partnership and delivering mutual value.
  • Website and Advertising Management: Monitor the companys website banners and ad placements, identifying the most suitable assets to offer to interested partners based on their products and services.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE /SKILLS

  • 2 - 3 years experience in related role

  • Multi-tasking Abilities
  • Team playing skill
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft packages particularly PowerPoint

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Essential - BA/BSc in in Marketing, Communication or similar field
  • Desirable - Masters/MBA professional certification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
