Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and organized Project Manager Intern to support our growing team on multiple client and internal projects, including major brand activations and event projects.

You will work closely with our core operations, creative, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure seamless project coordination, task tracking, and timely execution.

While this is an unpaid internship, it offers substantial learning opportunities, ownership of real-world projects, and the potential for future placement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating internal project timelines, deliverables, and team check-ins Support the execution of client campaigns, events, and creative projects Work with lead project managers to prepare briefs, manage calendars, and track milestones Collaborate with design, brand, and content teams to ensure tasks are progressing smoothly Manage documentation and maintain project logs or Notion boards Schedule and facilitate team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action points Flag potential delays or blockers to the relevant team leads Help prepare post-project reports and case studies Attend internal and client meetings as needed (virtual or on-site)

Required Skills & Qualities

Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication A problem-solving mindset and initiative-driven attitude Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, or Slack Ability to work independently and collaboratively Interest in the experiential and event management industry Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow

Commitment
