Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Sales Associate, based in Lagos, with some work from home flexibility. The Real Estate Sales Associate will be responsible for building a customer base that is interested in buying real estate products services.

Daily tasks include conducting market research, advising clients on market conditions, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. The role also involves coordinating property viewings, negotiations, and contract processes to ensure successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and its industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team
• Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
An experience realtor with quality client base.
