Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter with FIPS Multilinks Limited, with branch office located at Bodija, Ibadan Oyo state. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, posting job openings, onboarding of all hires and managing recruitment channels. The Recruiter will also maintain a talent pool, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with recruitment channels and job posting platforms
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
