Recruiter

• Design and implement overall LD&D Consulting recruiting strategy.
• Elicit accurate and complete job requirement and description from Clients.
• Create, develop and update job requirement and description.
• Update and manage job posts on Applicant Tracking Systems (iSmart recruit) and relevant job platforms, social networks and social media platforms.
• Identify potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals in line with the client brief.
• Execute end to end search & selection processes to fill vacancies including through head-hunting and executive search.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate`s qualifications and ensure they are fit for the clients organization.
• Format CVs according to companys standard.
• Ensure qualified and thoroughly screened candidates are submitted to Client within 3-5 working days.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews (physically or virtually) with hiring clients and candidates, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared.
• Assist team members and contribute towards identifying the best candidates.
• Maintain a pool / database of pre-qualified candidates for several / various roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
