Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and restaurant efficiency. The ideal candidate must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to manage staff, finances and overall restaurant performance.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
• Manage and train restaurant staff to enhance productivity and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor food quality, customer feedback, and service standards.
• Maintain inventory, track supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop strategies to improve sales and maximize profitability.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution of issues.
• Create staff schedules and manage payroll-related tasks.
• Oversee restaurant marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement.
Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting, sales reports, and cost control.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage a team.
Must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis for easy accessibility.
