Retail Associate

We are seeking Retail Sales Executives to lead our showroom operations and elevate the customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, an eye for interior aesthetics, and a flair for presenting high-end furniture brands.

• Minimum Qualification : HND
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure a premium client experience.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed showroom targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, and industry professionals.
• Lead and inspire the showroom sales team through performance monitoring, coaching, and feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, interior design trends, and competitor activity.
• Plan and execute showroom merchandising and promotional events.
Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with marketing to drive visibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• HND/BSc. Degree in any relevant course of study
