Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, handling customer inquiries, executing sales initiatives, providing training to sales staff, and tracking sales performance to meet company targets. Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and mentor sales staff
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
