Job Summary:

A leading Home Automation and Security Solutions company is seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales, engage prospective clients, and promote smart home technology and safety systems. The ideal candidate must be confident, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping customers create safer and smarter living environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell home automation and security products to walk-in and online customers.
• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and installation processes.
• Follow up with leads, respond to inquiries, and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales using CRM tools.
• Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer needs are met.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotions.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Report daily and weekly sales performance to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (tech or electronics sales is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and open to learning about smart home and safety systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Must reside in or around Lekki, Lagos.
