• As our Capability Manager, youll lead the charge in building skills and capabilities across our sales teams, customers, and vendors.
Your work will empower everyone you train to succeed and thrive in our ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver dynamic training programs that boost product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Host engaging workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Develop user-friendly training materials, including guides, presentations, and online modules.
• Measure the impact of training programs and continuously improve them.
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to sales teams.
• Stay on top of the latest trends in training and sales enablement.
• Owner of the complete sales capability building cycle.
Evaluate and develop a sales team to pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Over 4 years of experience in training and development, ideally within the financial services sector.
• A strong ability to create engaging and effective training programs.
• Outstanding skills in facilitation, coaching, and communication.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and various training tools.
