Job Summary

We are looking for smart, persuasive, and target-driven Sales Executives to lead the market penetration of Excelarx. In this role, you will engage pharmacy owners, managers, and decision-makers to demonstrate how Excelarx transforms pharmacy operations. Youll play a critical role in driving adoption, generating revenue, and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new pharmacy leads across retail chains, hospitals, and independent outlets.
  • Conduct compelling demos and presentations of Excelarx, both in-person and virtually.
  • Generate and convert leads through networking, cold calls, digital outreach, and referrals.
  • Close sales and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor tools, and user feedback to improve positioning.
  • Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.

Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc. in Business, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or tech.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy operations or POS systems is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work flexibly — combining remote and field activities.

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Salary: ₦120,000 - ₦150,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
