Sales Manager

Job Summary:We are a leading name in the interior design and furniture industry, known for creating timeless spaces that blend style, functionality, and innovation. With a growing portfolio of residential and commercial projects, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Interior Design or Furniture Manager to join our creative and driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage interior design or furniture projects from concept through completion

-Liaise with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget

-Lead design presentations and space planning proposals

-Source and manage suppliers, vendors, and contractors

-Oversee procurement, logistics, and installation of furniture and décor

-Ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and financial parameters

-Supervise a team of designers, stylists, or procurement staff as required

-Stay current on design trends, materials, and innovations

Job Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

-3+ years of experience in interior design or furniture project management-Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-A portfolio showcasing previous design or furniture-led projects
