As the welcoming face of House of Molake, the In-Store Sales Representative plays a key role in delivering a personalized shopping experience. You will engage directly with customers, understand their sewing equipment needs, demonstrate products, and provide expert advice to drive sales. Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing a welcoming store experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable sewing machines and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features and provide knowledgeable guidance to drive sales.
- Maintain an attractive and organized store presentation.
- Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries. Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
