As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Product Technical Manager to lead the development of our core financial products, ensuring technical innovation, security, and user-centric design.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and execution of EasySpends product roadmap. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge fintech solutions that enhance user experience, drive adoption, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

This role offers a unique compensation structure of monthly revenue sharing and equity, giving you a direct stake in EasySpends success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for EasySpends financial products, including virtual cards, crypto wallets, and payment solutions.

• Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product execution.

• Drive API integrations with financial institutions, blockchain networks, and third-party service providers.

• Optimize product performance, security, and scalability using best-in-class technologies and frameworks.

• Define KPIs, analyze user behavior, and leverage data insights to improve product adoption and engagement.

• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and financial security standards while enhancing fraud prevention measures.

• Manage agile development processes, ensuring on-time delivery and continuous product improvement.

• Communicate product vision, goals, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or software development within fintech, blockchain, or payments.

• Strong technical background with experience in API integrations, cloud infrastructure, and financial security protocols.

• Proven track record of scaling fintech products and leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• Deep understanding of KYC/AML regulations, payment gateways, virtual cards, and crypto asset management.

• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities to drive alignment and execution.

• Experience with PHP Laravel, Flutter, and blockchain technologies is a plus.
