Cradle & Play is a bold, culture-first content studio and production house telling distinctly African stories through entertainment, documentary, and lifestyle formats. Were creating content for a new generation, and now were looking for a social media specialist who gets it.

We need someone who:

• Understands what drives Gen Z & Millennial engagement.
• Can translate raw content into scroll-stopping moments.
• Lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X & more.
• Writes punchy, platform-specific captions.
• Tracks the right metrics and knows how to grow organically.
Loves the intersection of African pop culture, media, and digital storytelling.

Bonus if youve worked with creators, shows, or entertainment brands and have experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite).

Youll be responsible for strategy, content scheduling, community engagement, and campaign support for our upcoming slate of shows.
