Were looking for a Social Media Strategist who can help us tell our story, build a strong digital presence, and grow a loyal community around our mission.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create and schedule engaging content (text, graphics, short videos, stories, reels, etc.).
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Stay on top of trends in social media, agriculture, wellness, and sustainable living.
Collaborate with our founder and small team to align messaging with our brand values.

Who You Are

• A storyteller with at least 1-3 years of experience managing social media for brands or businesses.
• Skilled in Canva, basic video editing tools, and social scheduling platforms like Buffer or Meta Business Suite.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Passionate about sustainability, wellness, agriculture, or African-made products.
Bonus: Experience working with small businesses, startups, or social enterprises.
