Job Title: Technical Operations (Client Service)Pay: 3.5 M Annual Gross

About the Role:Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our Technical Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling policy documentation, managing client claims from start to settlement, preparing bids, and supporting business retention and growth through timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy Management:
• Prepare and dispatch broking slips and KYC forms for new business.
• Review policy documents for accuracy and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and client reminders proactively.
• Claims Administration:
• Report and follow up on claims with underwriters and co-underwriters.
• Ensure inspection, documentation, and settlement timelines are met for motor and non-motor claims.
• Escalate unresolved payments and provide regular updates to management.
• Bid Preparation & Submission:
• Coordinate and submit bid documents within strict timelines.
• Liaise with relevant team members and attend bid openings as required.
• Client Engagement & Upselling:
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to generate N20 million in revenue from existing clients.
• Prepare proposals, schedule client meetings, and follow up consistently.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Submit monthly underwriting and claims reports and performance reviews.
• Ensure all operational documents are properly stored and accessible on OneDrive.
• Strategic Support:
• Execute assigned strategic initiatives and prepare periodic progress reports.
• Undertake any other tasks as directed by the Managing Director.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in an insurance brokerage environment.
• Strong understanding of insurance documentation, claims processing, and bid preparation.
• Excellent client communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in document management using digital tools like OneDrive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦3,500,000.00 per year
