Training Sales Officer

Were seeking an experienced Training Sales Officer to drive business growth for our Training and Recruitment consulting firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships, and selling training programs to companies and institutions. This role offers opportunities for growth and development, with potential to move into the Head of Training position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for training services.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

4. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

5. Collaborate with internal teams (Training, Delivery, and Operations) to ensure seamless client experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in training or education industry.

2. Strong network and experience in selling training programs to companies and institutions.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

5. Strong understanding of training and development principles.
