Web Designer

We are currently seeking a Web Designer to join our clients team. Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team at a leading social networking platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. This fully remote position requires a passion for design and a strong understanding of user experience principles. Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing web layouts and interfaces for web applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to implement design concepts.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Maintain and update existing design assets and documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in web design, preferably in the tech or social networking industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design techniques is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
