Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Executive in the Sales Division at Leadway Assurance. The Retail Executive will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role is based in Lagos/ Sagamu/ Abeokuta /Ibadan with some work from home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining clients relationship
• Handling clients questions, inquiries and complaints
• Generating leads from social media
• Maintaining clients records
• Meeting sales targets
• Preparing daily sales report
• Participate in team meetings
• Making sales calls

Qualification

• Minimum HND/B.Sc in any discipline
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written skills
