Account Manager

• Minimum Qualification :

DottsMediaHouse is looking to fill the role of an Account Manager who will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, managing project deliverables, and building strong client-agency relationships that drive impactful results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

• Understand client needs and objectives to develop strategic briefs

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of campaigns and projects

• Collaborate with internal teams including creative, digital, and strategy to ensure

seamless execution

• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure high-quality, timely delivery

• Prepare reports, updates, and campaign summaries for clients

• Maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for growth

• Manage multiple accounts efficiently and handle fast-paced workflows

• Assist in pitching to prospective clients or upselling to existing ones

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a digital/media/creative agency

• Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and digital media trends

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Client-focused approach with problem-solving attitude

• Detail-oriented and proactive

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools

• At least 3 years experience managing client accounts at a top digital or media agency in Nigeria

• Experience handling top-tier brands across diverse industries

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to think creatively and strategically

• Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
