Job Summary:

Norak Technologies Limited is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Accountant to join our financial management team. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensure accounting accuracy, and help drive the companys financial success using modern accounting software. Key Responsibilities:

. Reconcile company bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers accurately.

. Complete detailed analysis of employee expenditures and financial obligations.

. Manage income and expenditure accounts across departments.

. Generate timely financial reports using income and expenditure data.

. To ensure the companys finances are maintained in good standing based on financial records.

. File, remit, and manage tax submissions and other statutory financial obligations.

. Initiate and manage financial accounting software for efficient reporting and analysis.

. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.

. Maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.

. Collaborate with management to enhance financial decision-making processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

. Strong understanding of accounting rules, regulations, and procedures (GAAP knowledge).

. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

. Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets)

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks effectively.

. Good communication and organizational skills.

. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
