Bespoke Fashion Production manager

Our client Tubo is a luxury fashion brand renowned for innovative designs, exceptional craftsmanship, and timeless elegance. Blending contemporary and traditional influences, Tubo creates bespoke and ready-to-wear collections that inspire confidence and style. We are in need of a production manager, the Production Manager will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that garments are produced efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team of production staff.

Location: Victoria Island

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday |8am-6pm

Salary: N250,000 - N300,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure all products meet the fashion houses quality standards.
• Implement quality control checks at various stages of production.
• Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team.
• Provide training and support to production staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and address any staffing issues.
• Manage the production budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices for materials.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste.
• Ensure the production facility complies with health and safety regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols for the production team.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards.
• Continuously evaluate production processes and suggest improvements.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in production technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Production Manager in the fashion industry, with proven tailoring expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of garment production processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
