Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate must be QuickBooks certified and have a strong background in financial record-keeping, reconciliation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements
• .Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
• .Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
• .Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• .Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and tax laws
.Collaborate with auditors and external financial consultants when required

Qualifications & Requirements

• QuickBooks Certification (Mandatory)
• BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA, ATS level) are an added advantage
• 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with other accounting software (Xero, Sage) is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and mentor junior staff
