Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Manager role located on-site in Ajah, Lagos. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to business development, including identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in real estate or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in business development or sales management is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
