Job Description/Requirements

Position : Customer Service ( Mandarin & English)

✅Headcount: 40HC

✅Project: Tech Project

✅Work Schedule: 9am to 6pm

✅Shift: Work From Home

?Location: KL Sentral

✅Basic salary: RM 4000 plus 300 KPI

✅Start date: 21-Apr-2025

  • Note: At least a SPM holder

*Job Qualifications:*

  • At least spm holder with experience
  • Preferable Immediate starter
  • Requires good English skills, and excellent in Mandarin and English.

*Job Description :*

  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to discover & understand customers complaints
  • Add value by providing solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Proactively contacts customers to help customers understand the value they will derive from the solution
  • Ability to work with customers to identify and resolve issues quickly and ensures organization addresses issues root cause.
  • Ability to flex from one priority to another.
  • Listens to and provides feedback and uses to enhance own communication effectiveness
  • Demonstrates effective presentation skills
