Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across

multiple channels (e.g., social media, email, search engines, display ads, etc.).

SEO & SEM: Improve organic search rankings through on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) and optimize for maximum ROI.

Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy, creating engaging and SEO- friendly content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media platforms.

Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create posts, schedule updates, and engage with the community. Monitor and report on social media performance.

Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for engagement and conversion. Analyze results and refine strategies based on performance.

Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Analytics SEMrush, etc.) to monitor and report on campaign performance. Identify insights and make recommendations for improvements.

Brand Awareness: Collaborate with the team and people outside the organisation to strengthen the companys online brand presence and develop strategies to increase visibility and engagement.

Conversion Rate Optimization: Implement strategies to increase the conversion rate of traffic to leads or sales.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, CMS like WordPress).

Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media management, and basic paid advertising principles.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 19/05/2025
