Job Summary

Are you a results-driven sales professional eager to make a real impact in financial services? We are hiring proactive Direct Sales Agents to drive both asset and liability growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobilize retail and wholesale funds via investment notes, meeting and exceeding assigned capital-raising targets.
• Market and originate personal, business, and emergency loans to individuals, micro-enterprises, and SMEs; guide clients seamlessly through application, approval, and disbursement.
• Identify and engage prospects through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and clearly communicate the benefits of our loan products and investment-note structures.
• Ensure accurate documentation for KYC, credit assessment, and compliance with AML and data-protection policies.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for both fund mobilization and loan disbursement.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Participate in market activations, roadshows, and events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
• Provide ongoing feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer insights, market trends, and product enhancements.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat investments and loan renewals.
• Requirements
• HND, or Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of direct sales experience, ideally in microfinance, loan marketing, or investment mobilization.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a financial services setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-driven role.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, digital tools, or CRM systems for reporting and follow-up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
