Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Director of Administration located in Ibadan, with some work from home acceptable. The Director of Administration will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, and supporting the financial planning and budgeting processes. This role also involves managing communication channels within the organization, facilitating collaboration, and maintaining accurate records for all administrative activities. Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operations and implement improvements
• Excellent Communication skills to ensure effective internal and external interactions
• Experience in Finance, Budgeting, and Accounting
• Proven ability to manage and oversee administrative functions
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Leadership and team management skills
Experience with data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
