Dispatch Rider

Were hiring responsible and professional Dispatch Riders to join our growing team. As a rider, youll be responsible for picking up and delivering packages across Lagos while maintaining a high standard of service.

• Minimum Qualification : OND
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Pick up packages from clients and deliver promptly and safely
• Communicate with dispatch control for updates and delivery details
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries
• Keep your assigned bike clean and in good working condition
Represent Turbo Delivery with courtesy and professionalism

Requirements:

• Valid NIN number
• Valid riders permit and ID
• Experience as a dispatch rider or similar role (Lagos experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic rules
• Punctual, physically fit, and reliable
• Able to read and write
Strong communication and customer service skills

Hiring Process:

• Submit application with a valid riders permit
• Attend interview and road knowledge assessment
• Provide two guarantors (guarantors must be employed or business owners and provide valid ID)
• Attend mandatory training and gear fitting after acceptance
