Salary: ₦40,000 - N50,000

Job Summary

Position Overview: The Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services to company executives and personnel. This role involves maintaining the assigned vehicles cleanliness and functionality, planning efficient routes, and ensuring punctuality. The Personal Driver must adhere to all traffic laws and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Transportation:
• Safely transport company executives and other personnel to and from designated locations.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and handling luggage or packages as needed.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
• Maintain the cleanliness and excellent condition of the vehicle at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections and schedule necessary servicing and repairs to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Route Planning:
• Plan and manage efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Stay informed about local traffic conditions and adjust routes as necessary to avoid delays.
• Compliance and Record-Keeping:
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents.
• Professionalism and Confidentiality:
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the companys activities and personnel.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a personal driver or chauffeur.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and local traffic reports.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients in a warm, professional manner.
• High level of discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
