We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through effective marketing strategies and direct sales efforts in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Promotional Events: Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and promote products/services.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to the management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Training: Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively engage clients and address their needs.
