We provide fund management and investing services and we are licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a fund Manager to operate specialized funds that simplify financing for businesses, provides value add and risk management.

Level: Senior Vice President Role

Responsibilities

The Head of Advisory role is a unique blend of financial acumen, strategic insight, and

meticulous quality control.

The Head of the Advisory unit will play a crucial role in shaping and executing deals while providing key recommendations to the firm & leadership. This position places a strong emphasis on designing and building intricate financial models, overseeing valuation and advisory engagements, and ensuring the highest standards of quality control within

the advisory function.

Qualifications

 Solid practical understanding of Financial Modelling

 Excellent communication and presentation skills

 Experience with buy-side documentation and rigorous execution at due-diligence stages to protect all parties

 Proficiency in the use of Project Management tools (e.g., Gantt Chart or similar)

encompassing contents, dependencies, and cost within timeliness

 Excellent presentation and reporting structure to stakeholders at a very senior level

 Assumes responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverables

 Conducts thorough financial analysis, including risk assessments and due diligence, to

identify investment opportunities and potential challenges.

 Deal origination and ability to maintain relationships at a high level

 Provides insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-

making processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦1,500,000.00 - ₦2,000,000.00 per month
