Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Port Harcourt. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development of the workforce, handling disciplinary procedures, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
