Restaurant Server

We are hiring courteous, energetic, and customer-focused servers to join our clients dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidates will ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by providing prompt and friendly service to all guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

  • Greet and seat customers with warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure gust satisfaction throughout their experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally.
  • Process bills and accept payment efficiently.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service delivery.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  • Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Friendly, positive with a passion for customer service.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

REMUNERATION
