Sales Manager (Hospitality)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with proven experience in the hospitality industry. They will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
· Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
· Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
· Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies.
· Train and support team members to improve performance and productivity.
Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with at least 2-3 years in the hospitality industry
· Strong understanding of hospitality sales, B2B/B2C strategies, and client relationship management
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
