Job Overview

We are seeking two driven Field Sales Representatives in Lagos to proactively engage with target customers (Office supplies wholesalers, government entities, businesses, and resellers), build relationships, nurture leads, and generate sales orders. This role requires in-person visits to client locations to understand their needs, showcase our products, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily in-person visits to potential and existing customers (stores, offices, resellers) to promote Sham Techs products.
• Identify and nurture leads, convert them into orders, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with a focus on generating first-time orders (minimum $2,500 / ₦4M per order) and repeat purchases.
• Submit detailed daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies based on recorded sales conversations (calls/meetings reviewed for training and optimization).

Compensation Structure

• Base Salary: $50 (₦70,000) /month (fixed).
• Commission:
• 5% of the value of first-time orders (minimum order value: $2,500 / ₦4,000,000).
• 1% of the value of repeat orders from the same client.
Performance-based bonuses for exceeding targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales , B2B sales, or retail distribution (printing/ office supplies/IT industry experience is a plus).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Lagos business landscape and ability to travel locally daily.
Basic tech proficiency (email, reporting tools, WhatsApp).
