Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to acquire new customers and expand market share
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales deals
- Utilize retail sales strategies to promote products or services effectively
- Implement upselling techniques to increase revenue from existing clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction
- Effectively manage sales territory and develop strategic plans for business growth
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong background in sales management and leading a high-performance sales team
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in territory management and developing effective sales strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: Up to ₦300,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
