Talent acquisition Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across a range of roles—from analysts to senior consultants and subject matter experts. You will play a critical role in building our firms talent pipeline and supporting long-term recruitment strategies.

Experience in FMCG is compulsory

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs across all practice areas.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber professionals in the consulting industry.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, and campus recruitment programs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and generate reports as required.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure timely and effective onboarding of new hires.
• Build and promote the companys employer brand through recruitment marketing campaigns and events.
• Monitor market trends in talent acquisition, especially within the consulting sector, and provide recommendations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦350,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
