Operations Manager

Emet Homes and Properties Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our daily business functions and drive operational efficiency. This role will require a strong background in managing sales operations, team leadership, customer service processes, inventory oversight (for properties and marketing assets), and logistics coordination. You will play a critical role in scaling our real estate operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and supporting the companys growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Client Experience

  • Supervise the management of client inquiries through WhatsApp, website chats, phone lines, and social media platforms to optimize lead conversion
  • Train the sales and client service teams to deliver timely, professional, and customer-centric communication
  • Monitor and maintain automation tools such as CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and chatbots to enhance responsiveness and service delivery
  • Track client engagement metrics and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and sales conversions

Inventory & Asset Management

  • Manage and maintain records of available properties, marketing materials, and operational assets
  • Implement inventory management protocols to ensure availability and proper documentation of property listings and promotional tools
  • Ensure all digital and physical assets are up-to-date, properly categorized, and accessible to the marketing and sales teams

Logistics & Order Fulfillment

  • Oversee logistics for property tours, open houses, client meetings, and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors for timely execution of marketing installations, branded events, and property deliveries
  • Ensure client requests and service timelines are met with excellence

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Lead and train operations, admin, and customer support teams to ensure maximum efficiency and professionalism
  • Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability across teams
  • Develop and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve day-to-day workflows
  • Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality and client satisfaction

Financial Oversight & Compliance

  • Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with finance, HR, and sales departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental workflow
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies

Performance Monitoring & Strategy Execution

  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and customer experience
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Lead operational projects such as CRM upgrades, client experience initiatives, and system implementations

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in operations management, sales support, or customer service (preferably within real estate, hospitality, or FMCG sectors)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, WhatsApp Business API, and online customer engagement strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with a proven record of optimizing workflows
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
