Operations Officer 101

• Minimum Qualification :

We are seeking an experienced Operations Officer to ensure seamless operational processes and outstanding customer satisfaction. Your role will combine in-store management and remote oversight, coordinating activities, and guiding our team to meet daily deliverables while upholding high-quality standards across all business operations.

INDUSTRY: Educational Kids Store

LOCATION: Shasha, Lagos

SALARY: N120,000 (Plus 13th month benefit )

WORK MODE: Monday to Saturday (Hybrid)

3 days on site (8am to 6pm)

3 days remotely (8am to 8pm)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order Fulfillment: Oversee and double check customer orders for accuracy and proper packaging

• Dispatch Coordination: Ensure orders are dispatched on time; follow up on any orders that exceed set timelines.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels for all products on our website and perform comprehensive monthly stocktaking

• Logistics Coordination: Arrange logistics for products upon arrival at the store and Coordinate with the dispatch team to resolve any issues promptly.

• Team Supervision & Daily Operations: Conduct daily check-ins with staff to ensure all deliverables are met both in-store and remote

• Content & Marketing Coordination: Coordinate store representatives for content creation, product listing updates and brand visibility

• Event & Exhibition Participation: Attend all business exhibitions and ensure the company is well represented

• Customer Relationship Management & Decision

Making: Make informed decisions in the best interests of the company and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers

REQUIREMENTS

• HND or Bachelors Degree in a relevant field

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
